8. The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns) Over Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista) at Extreme Rules 5/4/14

This was the beginning of the end for The Shield, as soon Rollins would turn on his mates, joining sides with Triple H and The Authority. This bout though was very good, with the six-men putting on a solid show for just under 20 minutes.

The team of Triple H, Orton and Batista was no match for the very good teamwork of The Shield, who were able to gain the win after Reigns, who was coming into his own at this time, hit a Superman punch and a spear to take out the soon to be gone again Batista to get the win. It was about the last time you would see The Shield as a dominant team in WWE.
