9.) Get everyone on the same page
The last regime really hammered this point home. Ray Farmer and Mike Pettine were not on the same page at all. Farmer drafted Manziel but Pettine seemed to find any excuse to not play him. They used free agent money to sign Bowe but he was a healthy scratch. With this new set up for the regime, let’s see if everybody gets on the same page. The front office and coaches need to be in agreement on a plan and the players they are selecting. Having guys in the right fit can make a good team great. It also helps a lot with chemistry, something Cleveland has lacked for years.
