4.) Draft players that will start right away
The Browns can’t draft any more players that sit right away. Between Barkevious Mingo, Justin Gilbert, Johnny Manziel, Danny Shelton, and Cameron Erving, the Browns need to find guys that can get on the field. First round picks are supposed to be stars and building blocks, not backups. The NFL is a win now league and there is no time to sit back and develop these top picks especially on a team as bad as the Browns. Finding and picking players that can come in and start right away would be a big start in turning this franchise around.
