The Cleveland Indians MLB Trade Deadline Wishlist

3. Adam Jones, Baltimore Orioles CF

You will notice a trend here with the Orioles, who will be major sellers at the deadline with the fact they are an awful team that will need 1-2 years to get back to being a contender in the very tough AL East.

Jones is a player whose name has been bantered about by Indians fans for quite awhile, and even on a bad team he’s hitting .283 with 10 homers and 33 runs batted in.

Do the Indians really need an outfielder? Someone of the caliber of Jones would help this team, and might solve the revolving door of center fielders between Greg Allen, Rajai Davis, Tyler Naquin and even Bradly Zimmer who is trying to work his way back from injury.

Jones won’t be cheap, but again he’s a rental as he’s a free agent so the Tribe won’t give up the farm for him.
