NEO Sports Insiders Week Four NFL Power Rankings

Washington Redskins v New York Giants

22. WASHINGTON REDSKINS (20)

Polar-opposite performances when comparing Week 2 and 3 for the Redskins. Maybe it was the prime-time spotlight, or lack of a defense but Washington didn’t stand a chance in this one. With a strong test ahead of them for Week 4 look for the Eagles to exert their dominance on this lost Redskins team.

23. TENNESSEE TITANS (26)

A three spot jump for a heart breaking loss against Indy may be skeptical, but I blame the teams below this spot for their increase on the rankings. If the Titans could have converted on their 2-point conversion the game would have been tied and I’m not sure if I would’ve had faith in Andrew Luck to win that one in overtime. With Terrance West inactive as a healthy scratch, Bishop Sankey needs to take control of that backfield job.

24. DETROIT LIONS (23)

Dropping a spot from last week, Detroit is now 0-3 on the season and I am really questioning Matthew Stafford’s title of Franchise QB. I also feel it is time to move on from Joique BellAmeer Abdullah found the end zone at least, and had 17 more yards on the ground on two less carries than Bell. (Bell finished with 6 yards on 10 carries.)
