NEO Sports Insiders Week Four NFL Power Rankings

New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers

30. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (30)

Mike Evans eclipsed 100 yards this week and that’s about the only news worth reporting out of Tampa Bay. Jameis Winston ended the day with 261 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT. Week 4 brings a tough match-up against a 3-0 Carolina Panthers team.

31. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (31)

Oh, Nawleans. It’s a shame this team had to lose their starting quarterback in Drew Brees, but it is what it is and the Saints find themselves at the bottom of the barrel. If there is any chance for this team to climb a few spots, Week 4 against the Cowboys is huge.

32. CHICAGO BEARS (32)

The Chicago Bears didn’t score last week against the Seahawks, and it’s no surprise to see them exactly where they were last week – dead last. Jimmy Clausen with a whopping 63 yards in the air is one of many stats that are going to keep this team at the bottom. The Bears play Oakland next week so expect this team to bottom feed next week as well.
