5. Derek Carr QB Radiers
Carr will be back under center when the Raiders take on the 0-3 Chicago Bears Sunday. His confidence is growing week by week, and last week he shined in the win on the road over the Browns.
He has two very good wide outs in Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree to throw to, so don’t be afraid to throw Carr in your lineup this week, as we think against a Bears team that has already allowed big weeks, he could go off for around a 300-yard game, and could be at the very top of the fantasy QB list for this week.
