Players to Love and Hate in Week Five Of Fantasy Football

Hates:

QB Andy Dalton CIN $7,300

Dalton has been good this year but I don’t like him against Seattle’s defense. They have always played good and have gotten even better with Chancellor back.

QB Derek Carr OAK $6,700

He goes up against the best defense this week in Denver. That’s always a rough matchup and one to avoid.

RB Devonta Freeman ATL $7,600

This is one that could very well burn me but Washington gives up the fewest points to opposing running backs and Coleman is probable to return this week after missing the last two with an injury. Coleman was the starter before he got hurt but I expect he will work more time in once Freeman cools down a bit. This week could be the start of that.

RB Doug Martin TB $6,400

Jacksonville is pretty good against the run so I expect a pass heavy game. Sims has also been starting to take on more of a role so might be time to start selling on Martin.

WR Amari Cooper OAK $7,300

He keeps bouncing back between my love and hate list based on his matchup. He gets a rough one in Denver this week so I don’t like him like I normally would.

WR Golden Tate DET $6,600

Tate has yet to do anything this year. Arizona also has some really good corners and the rest of the defense has followed suit. Not looking like Tate will break out of his slump this week.

WR Travis Benjamin CLE $6,200

He just doesn’t have the same rapport with McCown as he did with Manziel. He will continue to just be an option in McCown’s scheme with him not favoring any one particular target over everyone else.

D Rams $4,300

The Rams go up against the Packers. It doesn’t matter how good your defense is there are just some offenses you want to avoid at all costs. The Packers are one of them.
