NEOSI Top 10 NBA Power Rankings for November 2nd

New York Knicks v Washington Wizards

9. Washington Wizards (2-1)
Last Week: 9

Bradley Beal has gotten off to a hot start, averaging 25 points in three games. The Wizards have a great starting five, but the depth on the bench could be an issue holding them back from contending.

Aside from Beal and point guard John Wall, who is averaging 22 points per game, the Wizards lack a scoring threat.

10. Toronto Raptors (3-0)
Last Week: Just Missed the Cut

After a 3-0 start the Raptors make their first appearance in our top ten power rankings. Toronto has balanced scoring with six players averaging 10 or more points.

New addition DeMarre Carroll fits in nicely with DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry, and Toronto should be a contender in the Eastern Conference playoff picture.
