NEO Sports Insiders Week Six NFL Power Rankings

2. GREEN BAY PACKERS (2)

Not an overwhelming dominant performance that we are accustomed to seeing from Aaron Rodgers, but enough to seal the victory for Green Bay this past week. James Jones continues to impress, hauling in a 65-yard bomb early in the second half to bring the score to 21-10. The Packers defense played complimentary football snagging four INTs on the day as well.

3. ATLANTA FALCONS (3)

An overtime thriller that ended in a 59-yard pick-six taken by cornerback Robert Alford ended in victory for the Falcons, who seemed to struggle against the Washington Redskins. Devonta Freeman had his number called on 27 rushing attempts and ended the Sunday with 153 yards and a touchdown.

4. CINCINNATI BENGALS (4)

Cincinnati was not mentioned as one of the “fragile” undefeated teams because Andy Dalton is playing lights-out to start the season and is a huge reason for the Bengals’ early success. Let us not forget fellow Buckeye alumni Mike Nugent’s game sealing, goal-post thumping field goal to win in overtime. This week holds a tough test for the Red Rifle and company, as they head to Buffalo to face a very strong Bills defense.
