Beating the slightly better Jacksonville Jaguars and having some other bottom teams under-perform lands Tampa Bay at No. 26 this week. The praise may be temporary, but good for the youngins Jamies Winston and Doug Martin to win this one.
27. MAIMI DOLPHINS (27)
I was particularly tempted to drop this team even with them having a bye. I resisted, and Dan Campbell will make good on my inert action of keeping them at their previous spot by bringing a win back from Tennessee this week.
28. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (28)
Blake Bortles tossed four TDs against the Bucs this week and his connection with wide receivers Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson are keeping their ranking of 28 stationary for the time being. And c’mon, it was Tampa Bay.
