NEO Sports Insiders Week 10 NFL Power Rankings

21. CHICAGO BEARS (25) 3-5

Jay Cutler has his own spot in the NFL record books as he is now the Bears leading touchdown passer in franchise history (139). After a one handed touchdown grab the Bears found themselves on top at the end of the game and get a little bump this week on our list.

22. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (21) 3-5

Jameis Winston had a highlight worthy touchdown dive and besides Mike Evans’ 8 catch, 152 yard day, is the only thing worth importance coming out of Tampa Bay at the moment.

23. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (28) 3-5

Coming off the bye week, the Chiefs travel to Mile High Stadium to take on the 7-1 Broncos on Sunday. Getting Alex Smith into an early rhythm with Jeremy Maclin will be a key component for Kansas City if they hope to find success against a lockdown defense in Denver.

24. DALLAS COWBOYS (22) 2-6

Matt Cassel finally found Cole Beasley and Dez Bryant can be dangerous if you can get them the ball. Tony Romo is slated to return within the next few weeks, if he is not forced to a game time decision this week for a team that has not won a game since his absence.
