Thunder roll over Cavs; three takeaways

3. No 30K for James

LeBron James fell short of the 30,000 point career mark after ending the game with 18 points, three rebounds and seven assists. James is still seven points away as the Cavs take on the Spurs in San Antonio on Tuesday night.

When asked whether or not he was disappointed with not accomplishing the feat at home, James said no.

“It’s never a chase, it’s never been a chase,” James said. “I don’t chase points, you guys know me by now. I don’t chase anything when it comes to scoring. When I get it, I get it, that’s not how I got to this point in my career. So it’s never been a chase, it’s disappointing that we lost, so it doesn’t matter. I’ll have another opportunity to get that feat on Tuesday, but it’s never been a chase. That’s not my career.”
