Thirteen Unanswered Runs Leads To 15-9 Tribe Win; Three Takeaways

Midway through the fourth inning against the Texas Rangers on Monday, the Indians looked like they were headed for their fourth straight loss.

The Tribe was down 9-2 after three rough innings from Carlos Carrasco, and their offensive struggles from the weekend series against the Twins seemingly carried over.

What followed was one of the more improbable comebacks this season by the Indians.

The offensive floodgates opened in the fifth inning as the Tribe rattled off 13 unanswered runs, ending their three game skid with a 15-9 win over the Rangers.

Here are our three takeaways from the unlikely come-from-behind victory.
