The Cleveland Browns Will Go 7-9 in 2015 – Here’s Why

Week 3: vs Oakland Raiders

This could be the first ‘letdown game’ of the year for the Brown and Orange.

Sophomore QB Derek Carr wasn’t lights out in 2014, but he ended the season with 21 TDs to just 12 INTs. Not too shabby for a rookie. The Raiders have also added 2015’s best receiver in Amari Cooper, and pairing him alongside Michael Crabtree again presents an offense with a better 1-2 punch at WR than the Browns. Cleveland’s secondary should be able to keep the long balls to a minimum, but in an offense with limited scoring ability, I see a late deep completion downing Cleveland and kicking them back below .500.

Browns lose a heartbreaker, 27-24. (1-2)
