4. Jacqueline
From 1998 to 2004, Jacqueline took on just about every diva there was in the WWE. She started as part of ‘PMS’ (Pretty Mean Sisters). She captured the women’s title twice, and even in 2004 won the cruiserweight champion when Chavo Guerrero put out an open challenge. She might not have been the most popular female on the roster, but like Ivory was consistent, and was very good when she was given the chance in the ring. Another Dallas native, which is probably why the WWE is putting her in this year.
