Indians and Brewers Multiplayer Deal in the Works?

It seems that the idea of the Indians making deal with the Milwaukee Brewers is gaining steam.

First there was Buster Onley stating the Indians do have interest in catcher Jonathan Lucroy.

Now MLB Network’s Dan O’Dowd is getting in on a possible Indians and Brewers trade, with the following players involved:

Indians trading pitcher Juan Hillman and pitcher Mike Clevinger

Brewers trading catcher Jonathan Lucroy and reliever Will Smith.

Clevinger has pitched for the Tribe this season, getting a handful of starts when the Indians rotation was banged up earlier this season.

Hillman is a lefty pitcher taken in the second round in the 2015 draft who is right now at Mahoning Valley.

Lucroy would fill a big void with Yan Gomes being hurt, and has a cheap club option for next season.

Smith would add an arm in the pen that could help the Tribe big in the stretch run.

Now the question is – Will the deal unfold or will another team try to swoop in and try to offer the Brewers more in return?
