Indians announce Saturday’s game against Kansas City is sold out

CLEVELAND– The Cleveland Indians announced that tomorrow’s game against the Kansas City Royals is sold out.

Saturday marks the club’s 11th sellout for the year, the most since 2o07 when there were also 11 sellouts during the regular season. The club announced yesterday after their 22nd straight victory that tonight’s game was also sold out.

The Indians are also on the verge of selling out Sunday’s final game in the 10-game homestand, with only standing room tickets remaining.

As the team keeps marching on towards history, and as their magic number dwindles, it’s not particularly surprising.
