Goodrum’s HR’s and Another Pen Implosion Does in Indians in 6-3 Loss to Tigers; Three Takeaways

The Indians offense didn’t do much on Monday night in Detroit against the Tigers, but just in case there was any doubt, the teams’ bullpen put a lackluster 6-3 loss to rest with yet another awful one inning of work.

The loss puts the Indians back at .500 at 20-20 at the season, while the Tigers, who should not be much of a threat in this division unless the Indians make them, improve to 18-22.

Here’s three takeaways from the loss, a game that on paper the team should have won, but again followed the inconsistent script thus far of 2018.
