2. Benjamin Becoming a Playmaker

It was a monster effort by wide out Travis Benjamin, as he went off for two long touchdowns (his 2nd and 3rd in two weeks) and had a punt return that put the Browns up 21-0 at half. It seems that Benjamin is playing with a purpose after his injury a season ago, and the Browns are benefiting from it. Benjamin and Manziel are becoming quite the pair after two games. “We all have a great relationship,” Benjamin said. “My main goal is trying to help him to help the offense because we need him. It doesn’t matter if it’s him or (QB) Josh (McCown). That connection as a receiving group is what makes us close with those guys.” Let’s see if it stays the same when Josh McCown returns.
