MEN’S BASKETBALL

  • The Vikings (3-6) return to action with three games over a five day stretch this week.
  • CSU plays at Niagara on Tuesday (Dec. 19) at 7:00 pm, at Cincinnati on Thursday (Dec. 21) at 7:00 pm and hosts Toledo on Saturday (Dec. 23) at 2:00 pm.
  • Senior Kenny Carpenter leads the team in scoring (14.4) and assists (3.0) and ranks second in rebounding (6.8).

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

  • Cleveland State (7-3) will close out its non-league slate on Tuesday, December 19, traveling to Bradley for a 12:00 p.m. EST contest.
  • Last time out, the Vikings picked up a 56-47 victory at Illinois State with Olivia Voskuhl notching her second double-double of the season with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
  • Tuesday’s game at Bradley will be the second of three Kids Day Games for the Vikings this season, with the special 12:00 p.m. EST tipoff.

MEN’S SWIMMING & DIVING

  • Cleveland State will take time off for the semester break before resuming action at home Jan. 12-13.

WOMEN’S SWIMMING & DIVING

  • Cleveland State will take time off for the semester break before resuming action at home Jan. 12-13.

WRESTLING

  • Cleveland State will take the upcoming week off from competition, as it resumes action Jan. 1-2 at the prestigious Southern Scuffle event.
  • The Vikings hosted the 13th annual Cleveland State Open this past weekend.
  • Four Vikings reached the quarterfinals in their weight class while redshirt freshman Colton Carroll, redshirt senior Nick Corba and redshirt freshman Ryan Ford all won two matches via pin during the day.

Olivia Voskuhl | Sr. | Women’s Basketball
Voskuhl notched her second double-double of the season with 14 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Vikings to a 56-47 win at Illinois State on Sunday afternoon.
