Cleveland State Men’s and Women’s Hoops Teams Give Peek of Season in Scrimmage

CLEVELAND – The Cleveland State Vikings Men and Women’s basketball teams gave fans a little sneak peek today of what’s to come this season in their ‘Green and White’ scrimmage at the Wolstein Center.

The CSU Lady Vikings took the court first working on drills and then playing a scrimmage, and then the men took the court as head coach Gary Waters had his men do a three-point and slam dunk contest, and then they played a two half scrimmage as well.

The ladies under head coach Kate Peterson Abiad will open the season Friday, November 13th at home vs Bucknell. The men will be in action vs Akron on Saturday, November 14th at Kent State.

Their first game at home will be Tuesday, November 17th when they host Malone. The game will be aired on ESPN 3.
