2. Defense Hit or Miss
What is usually one of the more questionable parts of past Falcons teams is actually something that has played decently in the first three weeks.
Despite allowing 49 points to Northwestern the team did win the turnover battle by forcing two fumbles. The offense which has been very questionable was not able to capitalize on those two turnovers.
The defense, for the most part, has done what it has needed to do. They have been dealt difficult situations in the first couple of weeks that may have skewed the stat sheet but the defense has seemed to improve over last year’s play.
