2015-2016 NBA Mid-Season Rankings: Top 10 Centers

cousins

2. DeMarcus Cousins : Sacramento Kings – 27 points per game, 11 rebounds per game. Cousins is the third-leading scorer in the NBA, just behind James Harden and Steph Curry. He is fourth in the NBA in rebounding.

Cousins has scored 40 or more points three times this season, including a 56-point performance, which is the highest-scoring game of any player thus far in the 2015-2016 season. The closest center in the NBA in terms of scoring is Lopez of the Nets, who is averaging 19 points per game, which is eight points fewer than Cousins.

He has posted 27 double-doubles, tied for third in the NBA and is a major reason why the Kings are in playoff contention with a record of 20-26, just a half game behind the Portland Trail Blazers for the eighth-seed.

The Kings are 1-7 when Cousins does not play, but are 19-19 when he is on the court.
