The Browns have assembled a young talented roster coming off a hot finish in 2018 (5-2 in final seven games). They also hit it big with quarterback Baker Mayfield, the No.1 pick in the 2018 draft.
Throw in the most cap room in the NFL, tons of draft capital with an insanely intense fan base, and the Browns’ head coaching job is the one of the most attractive jobs in the NFL.
GM John Dorsey has been working diligently in hiring his first ever head coach. I want to help him, and the Browns figure out who NOT to hire as their next head coach.
