Rams 23 Browns 20 – Rams will use rookie RB Todd Gurley to wear down the Browns D, and while Josh McCown could have a good game against the Rams secondary, he also will be running around a lot as the Rams front four duplicates what the Broncos did a week ago.

St. Louis over Cleveland – The Rams are salivating at the chance to go up against the Browns’ porous run defense, and it’ll show on Sunday, as the Rams slaughter Cleveland 30-13.

Last Week 7-7
Season 55-36

SEA over SF
BUF over JAX
WSH over TB
ATL over TEN
IND over NO
MIN over DET
PIT over KC
MIA over HOU
NE over NYJ
SD over OAK
NYG over DAL
CAR over PHI
ARI over BAL

CLE over STL 24-7 – After last week’s episode I have to believe the Browns have it in them to close out a close game. You live and learn, and they’ve done quite a bit of the latter.

Last Week 7-7
Season 52-39

SEA > SF
BUF > JAX
WAS > TB
ATL > TEN
IND > NO
MIN > DET
PIT > KC
MIA > HOU
NYJ > NE
SD > OAK
NYG > DAL
CAR > PHI
ARI > BAL

Rams 34 Browns 20 – It’s going to be a long day at the office for defensive coordinator Jim O’Neill, whose NFL-worst run defense will be up against one of the league’s fastest up-and-coming talents in Todd Gurley III.

Vince Miller
Last Week 9-5
Season 56-35

SF over SEA
BUF over JAX
MIN over DET
ATL over TEN
NO over IND
PIT over KC
MIA over HOU
NE over NYJ
WAS over TB
OAK over SD
NYG over DAL
PHI over CAR
ARI over BAL

Rams 34 Browns 30 – If the Browns plan on stopping Todd Gurley II, then they have a chance at beating the St. Louis Rams. If they play the same brand of Swiss cheese run defense that has them ranked dead-last in the NFL, expect another long, painful ground-and-pound style of offensive onslaught delivered courtesy of Gurley II and the O-line.

Mike Perry
Last Week 10-4
Season 42-17

Seattle over San Francisco
Buffalo over Jacksonville
Kansas City over Pittsburgh
Miami over Houston
New England over Jets
Minnesota over Detroit
Atlanta over Tennessee
Washington over Tampa Bay
Indianapolis over New Orleans
San Diego over Oakland
Giants over Dallas
Carolina over Philadelphia
Arizona over Baltimore

Rams 27, Browns 21 – Too much Todd Gurley, not enough Cleveland defense. The Browns should be able to move the football but they aren’t fast enough to play defense against the Rams’ offense. Look for the Rams to jump out to a big early lead and hold on.

Season 41-18

SEA over SF
BUF over JAC
WAS over TB
ATL over TEN
NO over IND
MIN over DET
KC over PIT
MIA over HOU
NE over NYJ
SD over OAK
NYG over DAL
CAR over PHI
ARI over BAL

Browns 20 Rams 17

I went against my gut a couple weeks ago and went with logic when I picked the Browns to lose to Baltimore. I’m not doing it again here. This game should be similar to last week as the Rams and Broncos are pretty similar. Both have really good defenses and a below average offense with some weapons that can do damage.

The key to the game is going to be Gurley. He can make or break the game for St. Louis and the Browns are poor against the run. If he gets shut down the Browns have a good chance but if he does good it should be a tight game. Like Manning last week, Foles isn’t great and doesn’t have the firepower to keep them in it if it goes high scoring.

The Browns offense last week proved that they can put up points against a top defense despite gifting them six. The biggest difference from last week is the pass rush will be in full force and face a weaker secondary while it was flipped last week. If the line provides McCown time to throw than the Browns also have a good chance to steal a victory. It should be another close and exciting game but I got the Browns stealing one by three.

Last Week 8-6
Season 48-27

Seattle over San Francisco
Buffalo over Jacksonville
Atlanta over Tennessee
Miami over Houston
Minnesota over Detroit
New Orleans over Indianapolis
New England over NY Jets
Kansas City over Pittsburgh
Washington over Tampa Bay
San Diego over Oakland
Dallas over NY Giants
Carolina over Philadelphia
Arizona over Baltimore

Browns 31 Rams 27 – Two once-proud franchises that, once upon a time, won NFL Championships for the City of Cleveland will renew that old animosity Sunday. The Browns build off the promising performance against the undefeated Broncos and actually finish the job this Sunday to improve to 3-4. However, if you play fantasy football and have Tori Gurley on your team, start him against the 32nd-ranked Browns rush defense..

Last Week 9-5
Season 40-19

Seahawks over 49ers
Bills over Jaguars
Bucs over Redskins
Falcons over Titans
Colts over Saints
Vikings over Lions
Steelers over Chiefs
Dolphins over Texans
Patriots over Jets
Raiders over Chargers
Cowboys over Giants
Panthers over Eagles

Browns 24 Rams 17 – Nick Foles continues to struggle. Browns defense finally gets to the quarterback and forces a couple turnovers to hold St. Louis. McCown and Bardnidge continue their deadly assault on opposing defenses.
