NEO Sports Insiders Week 14 NFL Power Rankings

Denver Broncos

9. DENVER BRONCOS (4) 10-3

When Khalil Mack bum-rushes your O-line in route to a 5 sack performance, it is a cause for concern. However, you could probably just chalk this one up to Mack’s dominant performance. Only scoring 4 field goals is head-scratching and the Broncos will need to bounce back when they play Pittsburgh this upcoming week.

10. NEW YORK JETS (11) 8-5

New York might not have the star power that other teams do but the chemistry between Ryan Fitzpatrick and Brandon Marshall has been nothing short of electric. Fitz’ tossed 3 TDs in the victory over Tennessee and Marshall finished with 6 catches for 125 yards and a TD. In case it slips your mind, NEOSI is here to remind you that there will be NFL football on Saturday night when the Jets visit Dallas and clash the Cowboys.

11. MINNESOTA VIKINGS (9) 8-5

Runner-up to our Top 10 list, the Vikings fell short – much like their effort against the Cardinals that resulted in a 23-20 loss in Arizona. Teddy Bridgewater had a strong performance ending the game with 25/36 for 335 and TD, but as NFL fans know, if there is no W there is no praise.

12. NEW YORK GIANTS (16) 6-7

As I was watching the NFL Monday night preview show I noticed they kept showing a meaningless stat. If the Giants would have kept their 4th quarter leads they would have been 9-3 at Week 14 – in full control of the NFC East. In other news, if my car had wings I wouldn’t have to pay for gas. The division is up for grabs as every team snagged a victory except the broken Dallas Cowboys. Up next for the G-Men? The undefeated Carolina Panthers.
