Lineup for Indians for World Series Game Five Announced; Napoli Back Hitting Fourth

The Indians lineup for game five of the World Series has been announced, and both Mike Napoli and Carlos Santana are in the lineup tonight after Napoli didn’t start game four but came in later as a pinch-hitter.

Here’s what Terry Francona and the Indians will go with for game five against Jon Lester.
