Indians Offense Explodes in 14-6 Beat Down of the Royals; Three Takeaways

2. About That Inning

The Tribe’s 7th inning came out of nowhere, more so since the team had put up just two runs in the first 16 innings of the series against the Royals.

It was the first 10-run inning for the Indians since doing it on September 30th, 2012, against the Royals in a game at Progressive Field in Cleveland.

It was also the most runs that that Royals had given up this season. Let’s hope that this type of offensive output continues with the postseason in sight.
