Cleveland State Vikings Fall to UW-Milwaukee 88-54

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Rob Edwards scored 18 points and Demonte Flannigan posted his fifth double-double of the season, but Milwaukee made 11 three-pointers to defeat Cleveland State, 88-54, on Saturday afternoon at UWM Panther Arena.

Edwards hit four-three pointers this afternoon and added two rebounds and two assists. Flannigan finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Nelson Maxwell scored a career-high eight points, adding three assists.

Kenny Carpenter added five rebounds.

Milwaukee was led by Matt Tiby who scored 16 points with seven rebounds, while Cody Wichmann went 4-of-5 from three and finished with 12 points. Brock Stull added 11 points for the Panthers.

The Vikings conclude their two-game trip through Wisconsin on Monday (Feb. 22) night with an 8:00 pm ET contest at Green Bay.
