Cornerback A.J. Bouye Houston Texans
Bouye exploded out of nowhere this season to go from a special teams player to an elite lockdown defender. He ranks as the best CB in this free agency class and no team allowed more passing touchdowns than the Browns last season.
With Joe Haden continually dealing with nagging injury and poor play the last couple seasons, the team needs another lockdown corner. There is some major risk with Bouye as a one year wonder playing in that good Houston defense but if he showed that this year was not a fluke he would be worth every penny.
