Michael Brantley headed to the Disabled List

Before the Cleveland Indians match up against the Baltimore Orioles on Monday evening, the Indians made an announcement regarding their left fielder.

Michael Brantley missed the Indians game last Thursday due to his wife having a baby and was on the paternity list on June 16.

On Monday evening the Indians announced that Brantley will be heading to the 10-day Disabled List and will be eligible to return to the team next Monday.

Brantley has had a sore ankle since the Royals series (June 2-June 4).
