Cavaliers look to rebound from their worst loss of the season, Monday at Orlando

Orlando- As everyone knows things have not gone according to plan so far for the Cleveland Cavaliers. They enter Monday nights game in Orlando, on the heels of their worst loss of the season, a 32 point loss on the road at the hands of the Charlotte Hornets.

Interim head coach Larry Drew is still searching for answers as the Cavs are off to their worst nine game start since the 1984-1985 season, when they started (0-9.) Luckily the Cavaliers were able to defeat the Atlanta Hawks in Drew’s first game as coach, otherwise things could be much worse. Monday will be Drew’s third game, losing the last two by double-digits . While it would be easy to blame Drew for the Cavs struggles, the Cavaliers have lost six of their nine games by double-digits, in fact their losing by an average of 16 points a contest.

Not good Cavs fans. Not good.

The Orlando Magic are playing the second game of a back to back, Sunday they defeated the San Antonio Spurs 117-110. The Magic had previously lost four straight, during the streak they were losing by an average of 17.2 points a game.

Monday will be a tough game for the Cavaliers as the Magic may have found some confidence with their win Sunday, they shot a season-best 50% from the field against a talented Spurs team.
