Speaking of players making their case for a roster spot, DE Nate Orchard made the play of the night, picking off Matt Cassel and taking it back 64 yards for a touchdown just before halftime. Orchard has been on the bubble throughout the preseason and no, one play may not be enough to guarantee him a spot on the 53-man roster. That said, on a night where everyone is being evaluated extremely closely, it could help tip the scales in his favor when the difficult decisions must be made this weekend.
