5. Myles Garrett must dominate
Garrett showed flashes of talent in his first season, but injuries slowed him down. If Garrett is able to be a dominant pass-rusher, then this defense has the potential to be elite. The pass rush won’t be all on Garrett, but it starts with him. He needs to produce in order for the Browns defense to be at their best.
