Watch Yan Gomes Send the Indians to a 2-0 ALDS Lead With the Game-Winning Hit in the Tribe 9-8 Win

CLEVELAND – It’s a win that a lot of Indians fans will never forget, a playoff victory over the rival New York Yankees after trailing 8-3 heading to the bottom of the sixth, the Tribe rallied for a 9-8 win in 13 innings.

Yan Gomes was the hero, getting the game-winning smack in the 13th with a base knock that brought in Austin Jackson, who worked a walk to start the 13th inning.

Here’s the game-winning hit in case you missed it (you probably didn’t) or just want to relive the glory of it again (you probably do) – enjoy!

Hi Tribe Fans and to the 2017 Cleveland Indians Team
I’ve been a fab since 1948. I have a t-shirt that I have not worn since 1954. I hope to wear it for the first time in 2017 please.

I look for your reply back when comparing Garcia – Lemon – Wynn – Mossi and Narleski to Kluber – Carrasco – Bauer – Allen and Shaw. My opinion is I would take either group, but the end result is the bonding of the other players is closer today along with best team manager ( seek help from above for good health to remain as manager, for you to cherish and enjoy whatever happens and to duplicate please) (Say hello to Dad -Tito – he played a great left field), coaches and 10th player. Look forward back to your comments to the end result.

The second game only showed me that we cannot be great every time we pitch or hit. it was a team victory and I cannot be more pleased with how it ended especially when remembering the first two months of the season. Lets end with patience is a virtue, but stay focused.
