OPINION: Rejoice Cavs Fans, LeBron James Will Stay in Cleveland– Here’s Four Reasons Why

2. The Kids

He said it in his Friday postgame presser when asked about if he’s played his last game as a Cavalier, and it bears worth noting that there’s a HUGE difference this time around.

LeBron’s family is getting older. As James himself put it, his two boys and three-year-old girl all will have a massive impact on his decision. We’ve all seen the highlights of his LeBron James Jr. playing hoops, and one would imagine that LeBron Sr. like to see him continue his legacy at St. Vincent-St. Mary in the gym that bares his name very soon.

James is an excellent father, and uprooting his kids to go to a less than desirable situation in another city might be something the kids gawk at.
