NEO Sports Insiders Week Eight NFL Power Rankings

24. CLEVELAND BROWNS (20) 2-5

Just a horrible performance by the Cleveland Browns this past weekend. Letting a rookie running back run wild on your defense is a crushing blow to the team’s confidence. The Browns failed again at trying to produce any type of gains on the ground. Isaiah Crowell finished with 9 yards on 8 carries. Josh McCown doubled Crowell’s yardage on half the amount of attempts. This week the Arizona Cardinals will make a visit and the Browns might be without Tashaun Gipson and Joe Haden again which doesn’t match up well with Carson Palmer playing like its 2005.

25. CHICAGO BEARS (25) 2-4

Division match-up for da Bears when the Vikings visit Soldier Field this Sunday. Bears are coming off a bye and will look to be well rested against a scrappy from Minnesota.

26. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (26) 2-4

The 3rd leading rusher in the league resides in Tampa Bay – Doug Martin is quietly putting together a productive season down in Florida but this past weekend the Bucs blew a 24-0 lead and let Kirk Cousins battle back into the game and steal a victory from Famous Jamies and the sunshine bunch. No movement for this team as there are far worse teams below than the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
