4. DeMar DeRozan : Toronto Raptors

DeRozan was named as a reserve to the All-Star game in Toronto, and has been one half of the devastating duo up north, which has the Raptors at 32-15, currently in second place in the Eastern Conference, riding an 11-game win-streak.

DeRozan is averaging 23 points per game, second-most among shooting guards, and has scored 30 or more points eight times this season. All eight of those games have occurred in the months of December and January. Toronto is a threat in the East, due in large part to DeRozan’s fantastic season.
