The Mustang Boys Varsity Soccer team dug down deep to win an exciting GCC match w/ Mentor last night 1-0.
JR Kyle Foust netted his 2nd goal of the season (both game winners) w/ just under five minutes to play for the victory. Foust pounded home a short range shot from a scramble in front of the Mentor net.
SR GK Nolan Kellogg made 6 saves, some of them the spectacular variety, to preserve his 7th clean sheet on the season.
The Mustangs are now 10-2-1 on the season and 4-1-1 and in 3rd place in the GCC.
