Former Giants Wide Receiver Plaxico Burress Talks Down Browns’ Current Draft, Current Cleveland Safety Damarious Randall Claps Back

You can’t please everyone. Just ask former New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress.

The one-time Super Bowl Champion decided to voice his opinion on the 2018 NFL Draft, more specifically the Cleveland Browns’ draft.

Burress chimed in after the Browns selected Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield with a rather harsh assessment of the situation:

It didn’t take long for new Browns safety Damarious Randall to make a rebuttal to the troubled former wide-out. Randall, who along with his other new teammates in Cleveland, has made an emphasis to represent the city.

The Browns selected quarterback Baker Mayfield and cornerback Denzel Ward in the first round, which was met with extreme reactions from both sides of the spectrum.
