The University of Findlay hopes to retain their 2022 NCAA D2 Women’s golf crown from last year. But there are a host of other schools looking to upend the Oilers in their quest for a second consecutive championship.

D2 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship!

Fox Run Golf Club in Eureka, Missouri hosts this year’s event May 16th – 20th. The top 18 teams in the east, south, west and central regions will compete for the team title, and the two top individuals NOT on a team from each region are also invited for medalist honors.

Findlay and Tiffin are in the tough east region, along with University of Indianapolis, Grand Valley State and Missouri-St Louis, the hosts of the tourney.

Findlay was ranked in the top 10 for most of the year. The most recent polls saw them climb to #3, behind Lynn University (#1) and Dallas Baptist University (#2).

How Findlay got here!

Findlay defeated Tiffin in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Medal round to grab the conference championship. The Oilers defeated Tiffin 4-1 in the medal round, where the twosomes try to outscore their counterpart after 18 holes.
