In the cardio pumpin’ class you will focus on strengthening your body while keeping your heart rate up to burn calories and increase cardio vascular conditioning. Your goal is is to lose inches, burn fat, and increase conditioning.
You will challenge yourself in these class by doing plyometrics, aerobic steps, tabata, HiiT training, turbo kick/punch, and more.
In the body pumpin’ class you will focus on low weight and high repetitions. You’ll burn fat, calories and gain strength to quickly produce that toned lean muscle look. You will use a variety of equipment, including barbells, bands and dumbells. Abs are included in all the body and pumpin’ classes.
Cycle It Up is your way to the ultimate fitness results. While rides are set to an upbeat soundtrack and blend of technique intervals, resistance rides, climbs and sprints for a fun challenging cardio workout.
Zumba: The Zumba program is a fitness party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
