Browns CB Joe Haden Misses Walk-Through with Groin Injury

The Browns already lost their kicker on Friday, as Patrick Murray is questionable with a knee injury, but now there’s word cornerback Joe Haden is also a question mark for the game.

Pat McManamon of ESPN wrote today that Haden, the two-time Pro Bowl corner, missed the Friday walk-through, and is uncertain to play in the game against the Miami Dolphins.

Haden has a groin issue, and coach Hue Jackson stated he’s not sure of Haden’s status but does not think it will be a long term issue.

“We’ll see how bad it is,” Jackson said. “I don’t anticipate it being an issue, but we’ll see.”

For a team that is 0-2 and having a hard time just trying to keep guys healthy, Jackson seemed happy with how the team practiced this past week as they head to South Beach.

“We’ve had a great week, these guys are resilient,” Jackson said. “I haven’t sensed one guy that’s fallen off the boat.”
