WRESTLEMANIA XXVIII HHH VS The Undertaker

HHH beat the hell out of The Undertaker for 30 straight minutes.  He hit him with chairs, steps, sledgehammers and Pedigreee’s but the Deadman just kept coming.  Adding to the drama was special guest referee Shawn Michaels who The Undertaker defeated and ended the career of at WrestleMania 26.  Also increasing to the drama was the fact The Undertaker had the hell beat out of him by HHH at WrestleMania XXVII the year before and still managed to win.

The brutality of this match was off the charts as special announcer “JR” Jim Ross made it seem as though The Undertaker was not only fighting for his streak to stay alive, but also his life.  Shawn Michaels would eventually turn on The Undertaker, but even a super kick Pedigree combo couldn’t end the streak.  The Undertaker pulled it off in the 30^th minute.  All 3 men involved in this instant classic would lock arms and walk up the ramp as the fans gave them the ovation they deserved.  It truly was the end of an era.
