4.) John DeFilippo Offensive Coordinator Minnesota Vikings

It was not very long ago that DeFilippo got his first job as an offensive coordinator in Cleveland back in 2015. While the Browns went 3-13 and DeFilippo was out as coordinator the next season, there are some past ties to the organization. Known around the league as a QB specialist, DeFilippo has become a hot name in recent seasons for helping drive the development of Carson Wentz into one of the top QBs in the NFL as his QB coach.

He got back into the coordinator role this year with the Minnesota Vikings and has helped Adam Thielen record eight straight 100 yard receiving games. Imagine what a potential QB guru for Baker who’s gaining steam the last three seasons could bring to the current offense as the Vikings and Eagles have had a lot of success despite not having a lot of playmakers on offense with DeFilippo.
