We talked about the opening of Painesville Speedway at the top of the column. There are a number of options if you can’t be there. Attica Raceway Park is hosting the “Attica Ambush” Friday and Saturday. Saturday night’s show features double features with the makeup from Ohio Sprint Speedweek.
If you like dirt late models the Sunoco American Late Model Series will visit three Ohio tracks in as many days this weekend. The series will be at Attica Friday, Oakshade Raceway Saturday and Eldora Speedway on Sunday.
Sunday is a big day for sprint cars. 35 Raceway Park will feature the Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association. Wayne County Speedway will host the $10,000 to win Pete Jacobs Memorial with the All Star Sprints and Waynesfield Raceway Park will have a show featuring all sprint cars.
