Twins Trump Tribe Again 4-1 to Take Second Straight of Three Game Set: Three Takeaways from the Loss

2. Where’s the Offense?

Here’s an interesting stat for you – in this series against Minnesota Twins, Michael Brantley is hitting 4-7. The rest of the team is only hitting 2-52.

The Indians haven’t done much in the month of May. However, this weekend so far the team only were held to three or fewer hits. Yesterday against Ervin Santana, the Indians recorded just three hits as well.

Saturday it was Jose Berrios looking like Cy Young, throwing 7.2 innings, allowing just two hits as he was able to keep the Indians in check, allowing just one run to score on a wild pitch which at the time gave the Indians a short-lived 1-0 lead.
