Three Glorious Reasons To Watch WWE Hell In A Cell

NEOSI Media Library

Dolph Ziggler vs Bobby Roode

The WWE has seemed to have made Ziggler a gatekeeper of sorts as of late.  They take their newest big name call up from NXT and have Ziggler instantly put him over.  We saw this concept with Shinsuke Nakamura and we will see it again with Roode.

As predictable as this may be, let alone frustrating for Ziggler fans as he is pretty much guaranteed to lose, Dolph always puts on a five-star match.  Mix that in with the fact that Bobby Roode is also known to be able to bring it in the ring, these two veterans may just steal the show after all! And correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t that the first line in Ziggler theme song anyway?  There is also a good chance this match will open the show and get everything moving in the right direction.

The New Day vs The Uso’s in a Hell in the Cell Match for the WWE Tag Team Smackdown Titles

These two teams have carried on with a great feud since mid-summer and it doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon.  This is the first Tag Team Title Hell in the Cell Match and it should absolutely deliver.  If the first part of the feud was great outside of the Cell, then this should really take it up a notch even further.  Buckle in, because this one will be a classic!

I’d imagine however, that if The New Day does lose the belts, this may be the first step into their long-rumored split.  I believe if that does happen, you will see the big push in the way of Big E Langston.  Time will tell but tonight will be step one in whatever the plan is.

WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Natalya vs Charlotte

They are the best two pound for pound women wrestlers on the Smackdown roster.  With Alexa Bliss on RAW, these two have been asked to carry the brand and have done a nice job of it.  Don’t forget, Carmella is lying in the weeds waiting to cash in the MITB as well.  Anything can and will most likely happen.

When Charlotte hooked up with Natalya in NXT, it produced some of the best women’s matches of the last 20 years.  With Becky Lynch and a possible Four Horsewomen angle on the horizon, does the WWE want to put the strap on Charlotte to give it some legs?  Whatever the decision may be, this one should be an instant classic!

WWE Hell in the Cell 2017 Quick Hits

Jinder Mahal will retain the belt over Nakamura, and fans will cry about it on social media.

Randy Orton and Rusev will once again put fans to sleep.  Without Lana in the mix, who honestly cares about Rusev.

AJ Styles will remind everyone how great he is with a sensational effort against Baron Corbin.

Shane McMahon vs Kevin Owens will be bloody, very bloody and Sami Zayn will interfere.
