3. Stingy defense
The Jets have played very well on defense in their first two games, going 1-1 to start the season with a road win in Detroit and a home loss to the Dolphins.
They come in fifth overall in total yards and tied for sixth in points allowed. Gaining yards and scoring points will be very challenging against this team as it is definitely their strength.
The defense forced five turnovers to start the season in Detroit in a blowout win on Monday night football against the Lions.
Sunday the Jets defense held Miami scoreless after halftime, keeping New York within striking distance in what ultimately turned out to be a 20-12 loss.
